OCTR does not claim ownership over your operational data or business records.

7. Operational Responsibilities

OCTR is not responsible for user decisions, operational outcomes, or business processes managed through the Platform.

9. Platform Availability

12. Subscription & Commercial Terms

13. Termination & Suspension

Inventory accuracy derived from user-entered data
Regulatory or operational compliance
Fulfilment success
Profitability or financial performance
Workflow optimization results

Operational responsibility remains with users and businesses using the Platform.

16. Confidentiality

Users agree not to misuse confidential information obtained through the Platform or commercial relationship.

OCTR maintains appropriate confidentiality obligations regarding user, operational, and commercial information.

17. Modifications to the Platform

OCTR may modify the Platform, including:
